Yes. However, the following conditions must be met:

A vehicle may not be stored on a the road. A vehicles must have 10ft clearance for oncoming vehicles to safely pass. Vehicles must not block access to sidewalks and driveways. And lastly, a vehicle should move once within 24hrs.

Those in violation may be reported to the Kitsap County Sheriff.
